Terms of service
Pilot terms for the Keyline Melbourne emergency key service. Australian counsel must approve the final version before paid public launch.
Customer authority
Customers must own or be authorised to duplicate every registered key and must request delivery only to their verified account address.
Supported service
The pilot accepts ordinary Lockwood LW4/C4 five-pin residential keys. Locksmith companies retain the right and obligation to reject unsupported, restricted, suspicious, or unsafe requests.
Membership
Keyline Protection is a service membership, not an insurance product. Cutting, delivery availability, service windows, cancellation, refund, and fair-use conditions must be shown at checkout.
