The Melbourne pilot supports Lockwood LW4/C4 five-pin residential keys and routes emergency copies to approved local locksmiths.

Register your key

The guided phone scanner measures the LW4 on your device. The photograph is discarded; only an encrypted code can be saved.

Your vault becomes emergency-ready only after the code is checked through a test cut or an approved locksmith.

We route by preparation time and driving time. When the key is ready, a courier collects it and tracking appears in your account.

LW4 residential keys only

Vehicle, safe, master, restricted, patented, institutional, electronic, card, high-security, “Do Not Duplicate,” and suspicious keys are rejected.
