Keyline minimises the information retained for customer accounts, key registration, payment, routing, and delivery.
Key photographs stay on your device
The LW4 scanner processes the camera image locally. Key photographs are not uploaded or stored. If you save a confirmed result, the five-depth code is encrypted separately from your account details.
Purpose-limited access
An accepted locksmith receives temporary access to the cutting instructions for that job. Customer addresses, code access, status changes, and administrative actions are audited.
Deletion
You may revoke a stored key. Retention and deletion requests are handled through the customer account and support team, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
